NCR Enters Agreement to Acquire Tidel's ATM Business

DAYTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 2005--NCR Corporation (NYSE:NCR) and Tidel Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ATMS) have entered into an agreement for NCR to acquire Tidel's automated teller machine (ATM) business.

The parties anticipate closing the deal in the fourth quarter of 2005, after Tidel has filed its audited financial reports necessary for a shareholder vote.
