Compris and Altametrics Target Growing Need for Cost-Effective Restaurant Management Solutions

NCR subsidiary to offer Altametrics' eRestaurant Services software as

part of the Compris Infinity Suite of POS and back-office products

Compris Technologies, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of NCR Corporation (NYSE:NCR), and Altametrics, Inc. today announced they have signed an OEM agreement designed to better serve the growing needs of the food service industry for cost-effective business management solutions.

Under the agreement, Compris will offer Altametrics' industry-leading eRestaurant Services portfolio of browser-based software as part of the Compris Infinity Suite of point-of-sale (POS), back-office and enterprise solutions.

Both Compris and Altametrics will demonstrate their solutions in NCR's booth at FS/TEC 2003, the annual international food service technology exposition, Oct. 27-29, in Long Beach, Calif.

The eRestaurant Services portfolio includes the eRestaurant Back Office Suite, eVelocity Supply Chain and Procurement Suite and ePolling Data Polling and Integration Manager. The affordable, easy-to-use solutions are designed to help restaurants work more productively, improve guest service, easily access information to make informed decisions and operate more profitably.
