Teradata Develops Customer Relationship Management Solution for French Financial Cooperative Caisse d'Epargne in Alsace and Lorraine

The Caisses d'Epargne in Alsace and Lorraine have selected Teradata's solution for the marketing component of their customer relationship management project

The regional member banks of French banking conglomerate La Caisse Nationale des Caisses d'Epargne in Alsace and Lorraine Nord have selected Teradata, a division of NCR Corporation (NYSE: NCR), to provide their customer relationship management (CRM) solution. The CRM solution is designed to improve knowledge of customers for a higher degree of personalization, improve selection and targeting criteria of campaigns, and increase the efficiency of marketing operations through a multichannel approach.

These new technologies will help the sales network deal with the volume of information that needs to be managed to optimize distribution costs. Previously, agencies used listings to call back clients when a commercial campaign was being launched. The bank is now able to move toward a system of global, organized and multichannel marketing using the Teradata CRM application.

The Teradata CRM solution is a powerful motor that dispatches events to distribution channels (agency, mailing, telemarketing, automated, internet) according to priority criteria.
