DAYTON, Ohio, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- NCR Corporation's (NYSE: NCR) Worldwide Customer Services Division and NetCom International, Inc. today announced an alliance to jointly provide configuration and installation services for Cisco wireless equipment.
Previously, NetCom provided installation services for Cisco's Aironet wireless local area network equipment to businesses in the United States. Now, NCR and NetCom will work together to configure and install the Aironet equipment across the world. The agreement is expected to generate annual revenues of $10 million for each company.
NCR is targeting the service at global organizations with multiple locations, and will provide the following services:
Global project management services - using its team of over 300 certified project managers around the world.
Installation and deployment services - leveraging its global team of network engineers and e-Business infrastructure consultants.
Global site survey analysis - using a team of technical experts to ensure integration with existing networking equipment.
