Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 4, 2009, NCR Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Bill Nuti, chairman and chief executive officer, and Bob Fishman, interim chief financial officer, will participate in the Gabelli & Co. Best Ideas Conference for investors on Friday, December 4 at 2:30 p.m. and that their participation in the conference may be accessed via webcast at:
http://www.wsw.com/webcast/gabelli31/ncr/. The press release also announced that during the conference the Company will be affirming its performance outlook for 2009, which outlook was previously disclosed on Form 8-K filed on October 22, 2009. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
